Diane Eason, a native of Saskatoon, SK. Canada, captures a simplistic beauty in her paintings. Her most recent works deal with the "building" of three dimensional paintings designed to invite the viewer into the picture. The textured backgrounds create unusual and unique art works. Collage and Mixed Media have always played a major role with her art.

'TOMORROW' - This painting received a Third place Ribbon at the 2010 Fine Art Show in Wickenburg Arizona.
What a treat to see you are posting here again! I hope this means you are mending well.
This painting reminds me of what you were painting ten years ago. Then, I was blown away by your faces emerging from the shades of blue paint. This one blows me away, too, since it combines those wonderful faces and your organic collage in the wonderful, warm colors.
